I asked my wonderful and funny father-in-law, who retired from the insurance industry more than a decade ago, what he thought about bettering healthcare in this country, and what insurance should do.
He thought a person would do well to go to Canada or Great Britain, and check those systems out — to see what we could learn from them.
Smart man.
